Tent Carpets

The insulating nature of the (normally) fleece carpets helps to keep the tent warmer. It is certainly a lot easier to persuade the family to take their shoes off before entering the tent if the floor isn't cold and mucky and you have a nice cosy tent carpet down! The fleece top is normally backed with waterproof polyethylene, and sandwiched with a thin layer of foam for insulation.
